Overall though it is fun and the story is really good. Hell, I'd say the voice budget might make a significant portion of the development costs.
So actually the voice cast in the Cold Steel arc alone is ridiculously expensive, especially for a small studio like Falcom. And with CSIII and IV they just added more and more star seiyuu on top. It also might of been fun if you took an active part in the many part time jobs Kou does throughout the game. There's basically not a single no-name seiyuu on board. While I did find Persona 5 a bit overwhelming this one is a bit underwhelming as it teases areas you never get to see.
The software interface consists of two parts, the left will. I felt the story near the end felt rushed as you and your team members literally just started their club right before the end of the game. Prompt: The Salvatore brothers have a little sisterone who is angry with her brothers. The game is great, no doubt about it, it is not perfect though by any means. The combat is action oriented and it is just like that found in Type-0 as you get three characters together and tackle a labyrinth within the Eclipse with each character yielding a different weapon and different set of skills. That being said, it is not nearly as overwhelming as Persona 5 could be at times in terms of the size of the world and the multitude of people within said world. The game is great and you have a lot to do as you can traverse the city and make your bonds with others stronger.
He soon joins up with more people as they try to unravel the mystery of these strange places known as Eclipses and also unravel the strange mystery behind an Eclipse ten years prior where tragic events occurred. He actually is the first to try to lend a hand and when a girl named Asuka is getting hit on aggressively by some guys he comes to the rescue only to become entrapped in some strange realm that seems to come crashing into the world we know. The story has a young man named Kou who has several part time jobs and seems distant at first glance. This game takes a lot from the later Persona games and adds the combat of Final Fantasy Type-0 to make a really interesting game with fun characters and a cool story. Not to say that Americans cannot make a good game however, they do seem more pressured into putting out sequels at a torrid pace. Screw the umpteenth Call of Duty, Madden and all the other games that they release every year and end up being essentially the same game with some minor tweaks, I like weird ass games that come out of the land of the rising sun.
